Restaurant roundup: New locations, new names, new collaborations

Jankow Cos. has leased out six retail spaces for the mixed-use development across from St. Peter's Hospital that's set to open in late summer — and one of those spots will be a new restaurant from the owners of City Line Bar & Grill.

Bloom Boutique Bar & Eatery — owned by Ryan Jankow and Robert Malkus — will occupy the corner space of The Rise | Midtown Square at 563 New Scotland Avenue.

Also in the development will be PrimoHoagies. The sub chain, which opened its first Albany region location in Latham earlier this year, will add its second at The Rise | Midtown Square. Franchisees Rocky and Krish Patel signed a 10-store deal for the region.

Another space at the development will be leased for a new Starbucks.
