The name Iron Point Apartments was created from the word "Iron", evoking the iron industry that played an integral to Troy's early growth. "Point" was added to the name to showcase the hilltop elevation of the apartments. In addition to a full rebrand, renovations to the property  will include new stainless steel appliances, countertops, and fixtures throughout each apartment.
