The Rise I Collar City
TROY, NY

The Rise | Collar City is a redevelopment of a 28,000-square-foot office building in Troy, NY. The building sits on the busy corner of Federal Street and 5th Avenue and boasts over 60 parking spaces, making it a prime spot for residencies. The new mixed-use apartment building will feature an on-site fitness center, a common space with a pool table, bike storage, a dog wash station, and more.
